What is available for free
- Use by national and local governments, public interest incorporated associations, public interest incorporated foundations, educational institutions stipulated in the School Education Law, public interest incorporated foundations, and museums and art museums that are members of the Japan Association of Museums
- Use for educational and academic research purposes
- Use by TV stations, newspapers, and other media outlets that the Museum deems will contribute to the promotion of Kitakyushu City or the Museum.
